Cluster as a modern form of regional development

Today there are many different theories of the formation and development of the region's competitiveness. Russian regions have successfully used a new theory of the cluster of economic management. The cluster concept is a powerful tool for promoting regional development and helps to identify and realize the economic potential of the region based on the development of competitive industries. Cluster - is the basis for constructive dialogue between the business community and government to identify problems of science and industry, finding ways to make the most of available investment opportunities and the necessary state policy.
