The economic crisis has many negative effects in rural areas, such as the decline in agricultural production, poverty and unemployment in rural areas. In the absence of alternative employment this has caused a surge of development of ancillary industries and trades, the potential development which is largely due to their social significance. In this regard, the formation of an institutional framework in this sphere of activity, which in combination with other measures will help to overcome systemic economic crisis.
