In the article the maintenance of agro industrial integration is opened, organized forms and mechanisms are analyzed. The authors research problem agro industrial integration and ways of its decision to modern conditions are offered. The algorithm of calculation of the interconnected prices and tariffs for production of agricultural association is offered.
