Competitiveness of the Amur region on the regional labour market

In the article estimation of competitiveness of the Amur region on attraction of a manpower for 2000-2009 is researched. It is shown that for carrying out of such estimation it is necessary to generate statistical set of regions-competitors by means of localization factors; to select statistics of estimation independent among it; to calculate private indexes of competitiveness of regions.
