Financial-economic aspect of result-oriented budgeting in the region

Fiscal deficits and a large endowment of most russian regions makes it even more necessary and urgent process of modernization of public expenditure management. In the article reveals the modern aspects of reforming the system of State planning, involving the gradual transition to models of allocation of resources according to achieve specific public results. According to the research concludes that remain problems associated with a low degree of implementation of the principles of results-oriented planning in activities of public authorities.
