The important role in maintenance of the population with milk and dairy production is occupied with development of dairy cattle breeding of region which the big impact on efficiency of processing of milk in optimum quantity makes, assortment and quality. The principal causes constraining development of the dairy industry, high level of deterioration of the equipment, absence of effective communications between commodity producers of raw materials and it processing organizations, poor quality of milk are reduction of a livestock of cows in the agricultural organizations.
