In the paper the basic forms of interaction between vertically integrated corporations and regional economic systems are revealed, including regional cluster, regional project, subregional economic system. The groups of perspective regional clusters, economic types of potential subregional systems, forming in process of interacting between vertically integrated corporations and regional economic systems in the Southern Federal district, are proved.
