Objective conditions and forms оf formation of state-private partnership

Absence of uniform economic politics at realization of large investment projects and programs does search of new forms of the private-state partnership by even more actual. In the present work are developed the qualifier and typology of integration formations with the state participation. It is concluded that one of the basic directions of an exit from a crisis condition is formation and development of state-private partnership that will allow to increase investment activity and efficiency of a spent investment politics in region is made.
