Theoretical and methodical bases of the integrated estimation strategic and current competitiveness of region

Regarding the modernization and innovative development of the country actual problems of regional competitiveness are analyzed. The system approach to definition of the regional competitiveness is offered. Updating of the methodology of the integral strategic competitiveness evaluation is developed, that proves stability of measurements. For the first time the methodology of evaluation of integral current competitiveness of region is studied. Calculations of regional strategic and current competitiveness on the example of three districts of the Russian Federation are performed. For 2005-2008 crisis influence on regional competitiveness is studied.
