The article describes influence of processes of globalization and integration on economy of regions are considered. The presented model of functioning of system of regional economy will allow to draw conclusions on degree of influence of integration processes on economy of region and to generate system of inter-regional communications of territorial balance territorial and economic interests at regional level.
