Modernization approaches to Russian power companies management

In article it is shown that influence of efficiency of key innovative technologies concentration processes on development of the power companies is one of tools of competitive struggle against aggressively adjusted foreign transnational corporations. Possibilities of these factors influence on power companies development are realized through certain branch and spatial distribution of the innovations formed by key innovative technologies
     Strategic problems of power companies development, proceeding from a principle of key innovative technologies concentration necessity, and also feature of innovative aspects of their development are listed. Stages of key innovative technologies consolidation process are stated.
