On Regulation of Government Order in Construction

Implementation of government orders more and more reliably shows the presence of accumulated system problems. Qualitative characteristics of a project are not taken into account. This is particularly actual for the construction industry. The article covers major trends and problems of implementation of Federal contract system offered by the government as a substitute for the existing system of order implementation. Tasks are given to be promptly solved by the construction complex.
