Polite insufficient degree of development of theoretical questions of formation of an innovative susceptibility with reference to regional level, it is offered and the author's understanding of a category «an innovative susceptibility of region» is proved, its interrelation with other base concepts of the theory of an innovation is shown, classification of kinds of an innovative susceptibility is spent.
