Prognosis estimations and scenario variants of the regional development

At present studies on problem of the strategic development all in greater measure move in application domain of the regional economy. The Special place in strategies of the territorial development occupies the North-Caucasian region. This is conditioned, first of all, its modern geo political position, historian of the mastering and solely complex ethnic by composition of the population. The Development of this region follows to consider as the most important facility of the provision to wholeness state, fortifications of the economy to Russia, strengthenings its position in Caspian region and liquidations centre to political tension. In given article with reference to condition of the Republic Dagestan considered questions of the forecasting of the regional development with use econometric methods, is presented econometric model, by means of which were realized multiversion prognosis of the estimation, is offered variants of scenario developments of the Republic Dagestan for a period of before 2020.
