The present article is devoted a problem of budgetary potential of regions of the Russian Federation. In article tendencies of budgetary-tax relations in regions Russian Federations are shined. The special place in article is given the analysis budgetary and tax laws. On the basis of the conducted research are given the recommendations, directed on increase of budgetary potential of regions Russian Federations
