Monitoring of a social and economic management efficiency by state-private partnership in investment-building sphere at a level of region

In connection with dispersion of selected public funds or their inefficient use by the Russian companies the problem of development of real mechanisms of realization of the due control of monetary streams have recently greater urgency. In the present work variants of new forms of co-operation of the state and subjects of the investment-building sphere are offered, allowing to increase efficiency of use of public funds. It is concluded that one of directions of the decision of the given problem is introduction of the state as the full participant of investment activity of the building companies is made.
