Priority factors of creation of a total regional product

Features of reproduction in the context of the forthcoming upgrade of the regional economy are considered in the article. The close interrelation of the aggregated indicators of development of manpower, level of development of the industrial capital and value of an indicator of a total regional product is revealed. On this basis, the factors of long-term actions that require additional financial resources necessary for enhancing socio-economic development were identified.
