The paper describes the system of interbudgetary relations in the Russian Federation. The authors have identified actual problems in the field of intergovernmental relations in the Russian Federation, as well as the ways of solving them.
     In conclusion, the authors sum up the content of the article and focuses on key tasks that will bring a modern system of intergovernmental relations to a qualitatively new level.
     The article is logically written it is easy and interesting to read. Parts all of article and their extracts are logically interconnected.
