The application of program-target methods at a regional level in conditions industrial policy accumulates interaction of the managing subjects participating in the decision of a uniform problem and achievement of the general program purpose, and brings in the significant contribution to industrial coordination and integration of productive and economic, scientific and technical and social processes.
