Basics of methodology and methods of definition of economic and social efficiency of development of cooperation networks

The criterion of a certain level of complexity of regional administration is the level of use of the possibilities available, as well as that of mobilization of own resources for complete provision of the system of reproduction of goods and services having solvent demand both at the domestic and foreign markets. Taking into consideration this methodological approach, a classification of enterprises and branches of the production sector of the Republic of Mordovia was made basing on the levels of complexity achieved by these days. Methodology of definition of economic efficiency in organic connection with social efficiency is proposed.
