Problems of social and economic development of mono towns of Chelyabinsk region

In the conditions of world financial crisis the problem of providing of steady social and economic development of the mono towns purchased yet greater actuality. In the present work it is defined mono towns, problems of their development are generalized, data about availability and progress of mono towns in the Chelyabinsk region.
     On the basis of the analysis of social and economic indicators, to identify problems of mono towns - metallurgists, identified the perspective directions of diversification of their economic The formation and the statement of complex investment plans for development of economy of mono towns, should be directed on decrease in a level of influence of the enterprises on social and economic processes, overcoming of mono structural character of economy.
