Some peculiarities of investment supply of economic development of the region are showed in this article (after the example of oil pipeline’s «ESPO» construction). Particular attention is given to the role of investment project oil pipeline’s «East Siberia – Pacific Ocean» construction in economy development of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
