The economy of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic basically is focused on extraction and delivery of a source of raw materials. In republics Total Regional Product mining operations occupy 40-50 %. A considerable share (more than 60 %) in a profitable part of the budget occupy taxes, payments and other indirect receipts from working out of mineral deposits. Proceeding from it, there is a necessity of serious research features of mineral safety.
