In article the innovative idea about large-scale industrial development of unique coal resources of the Kangalassky deposit of huge Lensky pool mainly for export to the countries ATR taking into account the created modern conjuncture of the Pacific market of power resources on the basis of the conclusion of concession contracts and with direct participation of foreign investors of realization of projects is proved.
