The use of the mechanisms of public-private partnership in the spheres of sport and tourism, the problems of financing the Sochi Olympic objects is considered in the article. The problems of developing tourist-recreative zones are analyzed. The common conclusions on public-private partnership projects realization in Russian regions are made. The practical examples are demonstrated.
