Analysis of innovation development in regions which are members of Russia innovation regions association

The analysis of state and progress of innovation activity in regions which are members of Russian innovation regions Association was presented in the paper. The results of such multifactorial analysis showed, that regions agreed to enter in the Association either already are members or close to a level of Russian regions-leaders in innovation development.
