Methodical bases of performance of efficiency of regional dairy food subcomplex

The article proposed a method for the performance of efficiency of the regional dairy products subcomplex. The analysis of performance of work of a subcomplex should be conducted stage by stage. In the first phase to estimate the productive potential of the subcomplex, the second - we study the market in the region, the integrated performance indicator is determined, the third - determined reserves to improve efficiency. To determine the integral index of the effectiveness of the technique, which is based on the experience of the Balanced Scorecard methodology, and the proposed use not only traditional financial indicators but also indicators of production, resource efficiency, market analysis of dairy products.
