In article the developed practice of calculation of rent payments for the municipal ground areas in the Orenburg area is investigated. It is revealed, that the coefficient of leaseholder must be calculated at the level of the subject of federation in accordance with the united procedure, taking into account the level of the economic development of concrete municipality, individual approach with the calculation by social and economic component.
