Economic and statistical analysis of dynamics and structure of construction in housing market of Russian Federation

In article we analyze the quantity as well as quality of the newly commissioned housing starting in 1995 till 2009. In our analysis we have discovered the following trends: the growth of the new residential construction financed by households from their own income and borrowed funds, decrease in the number of two and more bedroom apartments built every year, increase in the average size of the newly built apartments.
