Selection of parameters of optimal management impacts on regional oil and gas cluster, based on simulation

The structural-functional map of the regional oil and gas cluster Krasnodar region is constructed. Based on the analysis of business models used by enterprises of the cluster a probabilistic approach to estimating and modeling the process of transformation of material resources of enterprises is developed. A simulation model is constructed for prediction the dynamics of building innovative capacity of industrial environment in the region are made. Based on results of the modeling some practical recommendations for the optimal parameters of managerial influence on the regional oil and gas cluster are proposed.
