System of methods of the estimation of level of social and economic development of regional municipal unions

The major problem of administrative reform which is spent now in the country, consists in increase of efficiency of the government which necessary condition is construction of adequate system of indicators of management efficiency by territory. In article requirements to system of indicators of social and economic development of territories are defined, the basic approaches to formation of an indicator of level of social and economic development of municipal unions are allocated, their application that provides possibility of an estimation of efficiency of plans and results of activity of bodies of municipal management is proved.
