In connection with the force-majeur circumstances which have become frequent in last years, including acts of nature, the urgency of the conclusion of contracts of insurance of a crop of agricultural crops and working out of the new modernized insurance programs in sphere of agricultural production don't cause any doubts.
     In the given work the characteristic of the basic government programs of insurance and management of risks in agrarian sector of the USA with instructions levels their subsidizings which allow to compensate effectively possible losses of incomes of farmers from influence of adverse weather conditions and price situations in the food markets is resulted.
