In article the attention to a problem of innovative development of grain branch of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia is given reason. Strategic value for the country of grain and grain products reveals. Dynamics of development of grain manufacture of regions the central federal district of the Russian Federation in a context of structural transformations is presented; stability of productivity of grain crops is estimated.
