The system approach in management of region development

In the conditions of strengthening of dependence of regions from the federal budget, regional authorities need working out of the concept of self-development and development of system approaches to management of territory taking into account own resources. On an example of the Vologda region the author proves the approach of management by region from the region authorities, consisting in system use of resources of territory for achievement of the planned parameters of social and economic development of region.
