Process of re-structuring of regional economics: inter-branch migration of fixed capital

During time with 1990 for 2009 the comparative analysis of process of inter-branch migration of a fixed capital in economy of the Ivanovo region, the Central federal district and the Russian Federation is carried out. The basic problems of a supply with information of the analysis of process of inter-branch migration of a fixed capital in economy of region are formulated and ways of their overcoming are offered. The estimation of economic efficiency of the specified processes is made. The basic tendencies of change of branch efficiency of use of a fixed capital in time are revealed.
