To provide an innovative breakthrough, Russia should choose as the priority Tetney strategy for achieving the six technological order based on nanotechnology. Proposed a grading system based on the analysis of nano-structures that can be used for study and implement the strategy of nanotechnology development. It allows you to evaluate the rationality of the structure of trade turnover of nano, to determine trends in distribution and procurement of nano in the domestic and world markets; reveal reserves to improve the structure nano circulation.
