Methodological support problems of strategic planning of innovative development of region

From a position of the system approach, the scheme of the key stages of regional innovation system strategic planning process is developed. The problems of methodological support of the key stages of strategic planning are highlighted. Methods of strategic analysis are offered, taking into account the specifics of the decision making process of region innovation development. The requirements to the necessary procedures, methods and decision making models at the key stages of strategic planning of regional innovative system are formulated.
