Regional features of the enterprises of chemical complex Volgograd region

Declared policy of modernization and innovation development in Russia in the global community makes it necessary to study the specifics of the country. In this regard, the article presents an analysis of the peculiarities of the Volgograd region, as major industrial entity in Southern Russia. Chemical complex occupies a special position in the development of the Volgograd region. The authors examine the features of regional chemical companies on the basis of the chemical industry of the region. Concluded that the characteristics of the region can be used as a tool for the successful positioning of chemical companies of the Volgograd region at the national and international markets.
