Demographic potential of the reproductivity in the North region

The article presents the problems of the reproductivity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) which are considered from point of demographic potential. The structure of demographic potential is presented and reasons of his losses are analysed. It is exposed, that the saved natural increase of urban population is determined by his demographic potential. The measures of demographic policy are offered directed on strengthening of demographic potential of region.
