The state support of branch of plant growing - one of priority directions of development of agriculture of the Penza region

In agriculture of the Penza region in 2009 has arrived more than 1.7 billion rubles of budgetary grants, and 72.3 % from the federal budget. Assignments in plant growing branch have decreased in 2009 in comparison with 2008 on 111.6 million rubles (-29.1 %). Efficiency of support of branch of plant growing varies on Penza region from 0.51 to 1.95 rubles of a commodity output on each ruble of budgetary grants.
     Results of the spent analysis have shown, that frequently in the areas which are in heavier natural-economic conditions, the grants directed to branch of plant growing, are used more effectively.
