The background of creation of the uniform organization of a municipal complex in region of State Unitary Enterprise «Housing and communal services SR (Yakutia)» is given. Are given reason expediency of carrying out of uniform technical and economic policy of branch within the limits of the uniform organization of a municipal complex, susceptibility of the uniform organization of a municipal to modernization with its subsequent reduction in the competitive environment, organizational fitness of the large organization of a municipal complex at small concentration of demand of utilities in the conditions of the North.
