Methodological bases and the special feature of the guarantee of balance of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation

In the article are determined and described the methods of guaranteeing the balance of the budgets of the subjects of federation, methodological approaches to the estimation of the quality of the balance of the budgets of the subjects of federation are proposed. Problems and special features of the guarantee of balance of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation are investigated. Quantitative assessment of the quality of the balance of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation is given on the basis of official statistical materials and data of account about the performance of regional budgets.
