Regional innovative system as object of the analysis and an estimation

The regional innovative system (RIS) is considered as object of the analysis and an estimation. With a view of an objective estimation and the complex analysis RIS the essence, the basic stages and the analysis stages reflecting formation, development and functioning RIS are discovered. The chosen methodological approach reveal it is possible to present schematically as follows: resources - activity - results - consumption - effects. According to such approach certain kinds of estimations as elements of a complex estimation of functioning of RIS are relieved.
