Features of financial support of small forms of managing in the penza region

Small forms of managing posses the important place in agriculture as they make more than 50 % of total amount of manufacture of gross output of agriculture. At a small-scale business exists more possibilities to soften sharp consequences of an economic crisis, to expand a work sphere of application, to accept streams of an excessive labor from cities. Therefore support of small forms of managing in countryside becomes more and more pressing question. The Penza region concerns regions with perspective development of small business. But there are a number of the problems interfering development of small forms of managing in countryside of region.
