Costs of transaction that аcompanying the process of investment in the economy of region

In the present article the role and the place of costs of transaction in the process of investment to the economy of region are determined as well as factors that forms them. Major aspects characterizing concept of uncertainty in the structure of creation and transformation of regional institutes are presented. Various types of costs of transaction in structure of regional institutes are defined, phases of process of their decrease at level of an investment policy in region are designated.
