The relevance of this article is determined, first of all, by the current condition of the AIC sector, where development of the dairy sub industry allows not only to develop harmonically the existing structure of the national economy, but to guarantee the national security of the country in whole.
     The author performs the complex analyses of the dairy industry condition and development in RF for the last years. The emphasis is placed on the most significant problems and the author shows the ways of their solving.
     From there one can point out priorities for the branch development: methods of cooperation, different preventions, lobbying while making decision.
