In article historical aspects of formation the managing form are considered, evolution factors are defined and theoretically proved, the periods and stages of origin of forms of managing are allocated and is standard - legal regulation of development in the agrarian sector, allowing to estimate their role, prospects of their growth and development and to carry out forecasting of occurring processes.
