The problems of the efficient use energy resource are actual for many managing subject in modern model of the economic development of the country. Municipal formation and managing subjects have to in condition limited, first of all financial resource, realize the program. In given article is researched efficiency of supply and energy typical city to Russia on example Taganrog and happen to the main trends of increasing to efficiency of the power supply and energy on example Taganrog.
