A model of reporting and analysis processes quality management system based on representation of the system as a directed graph. In order to further develop the model, creating on its basis an algorithm of automated processing and analysis of economic data in the quality management system focuses on the representation of the graph as a set of matrices. The features of the construction of matrices with respect to the investigated subject area, examples of analysis results.
