The analysis of system of calculation of rent payments at agricultural machinery leasing in republic dagestan

In connection with the crisis phenomena in world economy the problem of updating of park of agricultural machinery has got recently still the big urgency. Within the limits of the plan of the Government of the Russian Federation on anti-recessionary measures new conditions of leasing have been accepted. In the present work the information on new rules of delivery of agricultural and automobile technics, highly productive breeding cattle on the terms of leasing is presented. The system of calculation of leasing payments with deducing of author's formulas of residual cost of a subject of leasing (Cp - Cost of piece) and the cumulative (aggregated) payments under the leasing transaction (Pt - Payment total) is presented. By means of economic calculations variants of acquisition of agricultural machinery on conditions of regional leasing and on credit are analyzed. The conclusion that in comparison with the bank credit scheme leasing has a number of advantages is drawn.
